WRS air operated powder pumps are commonly used for a wide range of powder applications, such as Flour, Silicon Dioxide, Plasticizer, Oxidizer, Acrylic resin, acridine, as long as the powder bulk density lower than 0.8g/cm³ and powder keep complete dry. The powder transferred in the fully seal space, eliminate the possible pollution to environment. Patented designed with no dead point, no block, low failure rate.

Operators no longer have to transfer powder from totes to blending tanks which helps eliminate any clumping issues.  These pumps can be used for a wide range of powders that are used in industrial manufacturing operations. The powder pump is portable and does not need to be pre-installed, making it easy to move from one location to another.

WARNING!

Pumping medium must have below condition:

  • All powder must be completely dry.
  • Powder bulk density lower than 0.8g/cm³ .
  • Powder shall be less than 150 mesh.
  • Transfer distance is relevant to the powder bulk density. The smaller the density, the longer it can pump. For example: Silicon Dioxide can be pump up to 45 meters where else flour can be only pump up to 12 meters.
